Return & Cancellation Policy
You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your item, subject to a cancellation fee of 5% of the purchase price or 100 ₪, whichever is lower.

Non-returnable items: Custom jewelry and earrings that have been worn (including rings by size, engraved items, necklaces in custom lengths, and piercings) cannot be returned.
- Exchange/Return via courier: Available for a fee. Please contact the store to arrange.
If you are entitled to cancel your order under the terms of the website or the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (1981), you may submit your cancellation request through any of the following methods:
