Israel Only - Shipping & Pickup

All jewelry is made to order, therefore processing may take up to 21 business days.
Delivery may take up to 4 additional business days for most areas in Israel, and up to 6 business days for remote areas (as detailed below).
During busy periods, such as holidays, slight delays may occur.

• Free home delivery on orders over ₪1000
  
  

• Self-pickup is available free of charge from our Tel Aviv studio.
  We'll reach out once your order is ready for pickup :)
  
  

• Remote Areas (as defined by the shipping carrier):
  Northern border communities, the Golan Heights, Eilat, Gaza border communities, the Jordan Valley, Arab sector localities, the Dead Sea area, and the Arava region.
  Delivery is not available to locations defined as security-risk areas or villages beyond the Green Line.

Exchanges & Returns

• Exchanges
  Items may be exchanged within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused and their original package.
  You may choose a different item or receive store credit for future use.
  
  

• Refunds
  Refunds are available within 14 days of receiving the item.
  A cancellation fee may apply, up to 5% of the order value or ₪100, whichever is lower.

Exceptions

Custom-made items and worn earrings are non-returnable, including:

• Custom orders

• Rings made to size

• Engraved jewelry

• Custom-length necklaces
